According to the Spanish channel Telecinco, the driver had parked the car on the third floor and reversed at high speed against one of the walls of the parking lot.

The incident happened when the woman was going down the ramp to leave the building and came across another vehicle coming up. So she decided to reverse, but lost control of the vehicle when she stepped on the accelerator, said her husband.

The driver did not suffer serious injuries, but she had to be assisted due to neck pain and an anxiety attack.

"She is just a little anxious and her neck hurts a little. Thank God nothing happened to her," said her husband.
