Follow Granada (5.95), Alicante-Elche (5.81), San Sebastián (5.77), Bilbao (5.73), Palma (5.69) and Barcelona (5.64). The ninth is Valladolid (5.58) and the tenth Madrid (5.53).

On the other hand, among the most polite cities according to the study, they place in first place Vigo (5.17), A Coruña-Oleiros-Arteixo (5.18), Valencia (5.28), Murcia-Orihuela (5.30), Oviedo-Gijón-Avilés (5.31), Las Palmas (5.39), Zaragoza (5.45), Sevilla (5.45) and Cádiz (5.50).
